DISCLAIMER REGARDING FORMER EMPLOYEE
 
This is to formally notify all concerned parties that Hilda Anim, formerly employed by Exclusive Aqua as General Manager, ceased to be an employee of the company effective 4th September, 2026.
Accordingly, the above-named individual is no longer authorized to represent, act on behalf of, enter into agreements for, make commitments for, or otherwise conduct business in the name of Exclusive Aqua, unless expressly authorized in writing by the company.
 
Any statement, representation, transaction, agreement, commitment, or undertaking made by the former employee after the effective date of termination, without written authorization from the company, shall be considered unauthorized and shall not constitute an obligation or commitment of Exclusive Aqua.
 
The company therefore disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized actions, dealings, liabilities, losses, or claims arising from activities undertaken by the former employee after the termination date.
 
All clients, customers, business partners, financial institutions, and other concerned parties are advised to verify the authority of any individual claiming to represent Exclusive Aqua.
 
This notice is issued for official record and notification purposes.
